“I definitely recommend this service as I am not great with computers and he was very helpful. I was trying to fill out an application form for a job and it wasn’t working and I thought I had lost all my work which was about 6 hours worth. He remotely logged into my computer and fixed the issue and my work was returned. Absolute legend would really recommend this company.”

“Very helpful, I was asking if I could take my PC in after replacing the motherboard and CPU and failing to get past the BIOS screen. I thought I’d tried everything after spending a few hours on forums but I got a message back telling me to try switching the boot priority and it worked, really good bit of advice.”

“I was extremely grateful to Jordan who looked at my laptop on bank holiday Sunday and did a diagnosis. I was very stressed as my dad had stepped on it and it was in fact my boyfriend’s – he even kindly offered to dropped it back off! Couldn’t recommend more !”
